Throughout the day, you will be guided through a variety of different practices, including mindfulness of breath and body awareness, mindful walking & movement, mindful eating and sitting meditations.

Who is it suitable for?


This retreat is suitable for anyone who would like to learn about mindfulness, and bring positive change and transformation into their lives. No prior knowledge or experience in mindfulness or meditation is required. It will also help you deepen your practice if you have prior experience with mindfulness.


What to bring?

Mindfulness educator and psychotherapist in BrisbaneJon is a registered counsellor and mindfulness educator, who is passionate about consciousness and helping others to discover meaningful ways to live. He works with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and self-esteem issues.


He has been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years and it has become an essential part of his daily life. Mindfulness helps him to live in the moment and be fully present with people he works with.


Jon lives in Brisbane and leads group and corporate mindfulness workshops in addition to his psychotherapy private practice.

Refund Policy


A full refund will be given back until one week prior to the start of the retreat (a processing fee of $10 will be incurred in case of cancellation). After this date, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in one of the future retreats.
